CHARLOTTE, N.C. (theACC.com) – The NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country Committee has announced the participants who will compete in the 2026 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Indoor Track & Field Championships, which begin on Friday, March 13. A total of 54 student-athletes from Atlantic Coast Conference schools will participate with an NCAA Division I Championship on the line.
 
As a conference, the ACC won five individual or relay national championships during the 2025 NCAA Indoor Championships. North Carolina’s Makayla Paige will look to defend her title in the women’s 800-meter run after winning the Tar Heels’ first individual championship since 2018. The Virginia men’s distance medley relay team won their first national championship in 2025 and will also look to repeat this year.
 
The 2026 NCAA IndoorChampionships, hosted by the University of Arkansas, will be held March 13 and 14 at the Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The championships will kick off with the men’s heptathlon on the morning of March 13, with the 60-meter hurdles beginning at noon ET, followed by the women’s pentathlon 60-meter hurdles at 12:15 p.m. ET. Field events open on Friday at 5 p.m. ET, with the men’s weight throw and running events begin at 6:05 p.m. ET, with the women’s one-mile run semifinals.

ESPN+ will stream the championships live starting at noon ET on Friday and starting at 1:30 p.m. ET on Saturday.
